Community Sensitization on Rabies and Mpox Prevention
Today, we continued our awareness campaign in the Bakweri Town community, educating residents on the prevention, transmission, symptoms, and control measures of rabies and mpox.
Through interactive discussions and community engagement, participants gained valuable knowledge on the importance of vaccination, proper hygiene practices, early detection of symptoms, and seeking timely medical care. Empowering communities with accurate health information remains a key step in preventing the spread of infectious diseases and promoting public health.
