Free health screening for women and girls.
As part of the long week activities commemorating International Women’s Day, GOOFIRM proudly supported the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and the Family (MINPROFF) in Limbe I with a free health screening for women and girls.
Through this initiative, 100 women and girls aged 14–69 benefited from free blood pressure and blood sugar screening, helping to promote early detection and awareness of health conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
Access to preventive healthcare is essential for the well-being of women and families. By creating opportunities for early screening and health education, we continue to encourage women and girls to take charge of their health.
At GOOFIRM, we believe that empowering women also means ensuring they have access to information and services that support their health and wellbeing.
