Standing for the Boy Child: Shaping Positive Masculinity!
Today, GOOFIRM was honored to join a vital community conversation hosted by the Mike Yanou Foundation (MYF) for the International Day of the Boy Child 2026.
Under the theme “When Boys Grow Well, Families & Communities Heal,” we gathered with community leaders in Buea to discuss a crucial piece of the development puzzle: supporting emotional well-being, responsibility, and positive masculinity in our young men.
For GOOFIRM, true advocacy is inclusive. Building a safe, equitable society means equipping the boy child with the tools for empathy, mental well-being, and gender respect. When our boys grow well, our entire community heals.
