GOOFIRM Educative Talk at PGSS Limbe – International Women’s Day

As part of activities marking the 41st edition of International Women’s Day, GOOFIRM, under the coordination of the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and the Family (MINPROFF), held an educative talk with students of Presbyterian Girls Secondary School (PGSS) Limbe.

 

The session focused on the 2026 International Women’s Day theme: “Rights, Justice, and Action for All Women and Girls.” The discussion aimed at empowering young girls with knowledge about their rights, encouraging confidence, leadership, and active participation in building a just and inclusive society.

 

Students engaged in meaningful conversations on gender equality, respect, education, and the role young people can play in promoting the rights and wellbeing of women and girls in their communities.
