𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞.

GOOFIRM began the year with a strategic planning session focused on shaping its 2026 activities and strengthening the structure of its programs. This important exercise created space for reflection, innovation, and alignment as the organization prepares for a year of greater impact.

 

During the session, GOOFIRM’s mission and vision were restated to renew the team’s commitment and guide strategic thinking.
